Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@chitrankan.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@chitrankan.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@chitrankan.com with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
